Shipping + Returns
This is a tricky area for me. While I would like to ship my pieces using only organic materials, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, I have to use certain materials (bubble wrap) to ensure safe delivery. Sometimes you may receive items wrapped in re-purposed materials to avoid adding unnecessary new materials to the waste cycle.
I use degradable starch void fillers that can simply be broken down in water, bubble wrap (until better/more cost effective materials are available) but aim to reclaim and reuse wherever possible and finally recycled corrugated paper wrap.
I am operating on my own, so process orders once a week and aim to have items wrapped and shipped within 7 working days.
If you are based in London or travel to London, then I am very happy to arrange for your items to be collected from my studio in E10. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing just to confirm a time that suits, and then use the code STUDIOCOLLECT when you click through to the check out screen. I may be able to meet at other locations depending on my whereabouts, but I must stress that this is a free collection service and not free delivery!
For UK shipments I will use the 1st class recorded service from Royal Mail, cost calculated based on weight of total items.
I am very sorry, but I do not deliver outside of Europe. For international deliveries to European countries, I use Parcel force worldwide services with cost calculated based on weight of total items and final destination.
If you are not happy with your item please let me know within 3 days of receiving it. I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event of a piece being damaged in transit please let me know within 24 hours of receiving it.
